
Milan Škulić, Ph.D.
Milan Škulić is Professor of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics at the Law Faculty, University of Belgrade. He is the author of over 100 research papers in these areas, and has either authored or co-authored 15 books dealing with criminal procedure, criminal law, international criminal law, and criminalistics. He held a Heermann und Marianne Staniak Stiftung Fellowship, a Fritz Thyssen Stiftung scholarship, a Max-Planck Society Scholarships, and other grants and rewards. As a Humboldt Fellow he worked on the project “The International Criminal Court — Jurisdiction and Procedure” at the Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches und internationales Strafrecht.
